Why Beautycounter?

I want to start this post with a little history of me. If you're new to my blog then you don't know  much about me and my journey.

Back in September 2014, we got pregnant and were over the moon. At our 8 week ultrasound, there was no heartbeat and we were devastated. A couple weeks later, I went to a different doctor for a second opinion and they thought it was a blighted ovum. Then a week after that, I went back for another ultrasound and they found that I was experiencing a Complete Molar Pregnancy {you can read up on that here}. I was scheduled for an emergency D&C the next day and we were able to start our 6 month wait of being able to try again.

I went into a depression after all of that and found solace with a group of ladies experiencing my same heartache in a support group on Babycenter. If you are experiencing a Molar Pregnancy, please consider going to the Molar Pregnancy group, because it truly helped me get through my depression. On there, I met someone who I instantly connected with. We have so much in common, our stories align so very closely. She started to sell Beautycounter because of her experience and brought me on board.

I've had a rough go through this whole trying to conceive journey, but ultimately I have two healthy, beautiful girls to show for it. Now that we have our girls, I want to make sure that I'm as healthy as I can be so that I can stick around to see them grow and flourish. I started to think about all of the unhealthy things we use on a daily basis. That includes our makeup and skincare {or if you're like me, you just didn't use any skincare}. My friend inspired me to look deeper into what I was using and consuming and I came to the conclusion to make the switch to safer.

It took me a good 2 years of contemplation before I finally made the switch. I haven't looked back since. I'm not selling it to make money or preach to everyone about their skincare choices. I'm just trying to spread awareness and help if you want the help. I just want to put safer skincare options out there and hope that people catch on. I know that my kids need a healthy mommy so that's what I'm trying to provide them!

Please feel free to contact me or head to my Website if you're interested!

This is using Dew Skin and a little bit of blush. My skin feels and looks so much healthier now!

Until next time!

Teagan Jane {Welcome to the World}

I know it's been a hot minute since I last blogged, but life has been a big ole blur since baby girl arrived at the end of June. I've decided to finally sit down and write out her birth story so that I don't forget it!

As you know, I had something called Polyhydramnios, which is excess amniotic fluid, with my pregnancy and they were monitoring me and baby very closely. I was having weekly non-stress tests and Biophysical profile ultrasounds to make sure everything was going ok. My plan was to wait until she decided to come naturally, but that was just not in the cards.

I went to my 38 week appointment and we all were in agreement to induce at 39 weeks. I was extremely uncomfortable and there was just no more stretching my belly could do. I couldn't even let Lennon touch my belly without cringing in pain. Weirdly enough, I felt a sense of relief after scheduling the induction. No sitting, waiting, wishing this time around!

As the days went by leading up to my induction, I started to get increasingly more nervous and sad. We were set for induction on June 29th and I was a mess. I cried, sobbed, every night because I was just so sad for Lennon that she wasn't going to be my baby anymore. I was sad that it wouldn't be just her and I during the summers anymore. I was sad that she now had to share me.

The night before we let her stay up later than usual. We watched movies and had ice cream. We snuggled on the couch, as much as my belly would allow anyway. I wanted her to know that she was so special to us and that we love her oh so much. The next day we were going to bring her permanent best friend into the world and that made me happy.

5am rolled around pretty quickly when I was tossing, turning, and couldn't turn my brain off. The upside to an induction is I was very well prepared to leave the house. I was able to shower, do my hair, makeup and feel put together. As soon as my dad arrived at our house to watch Lennon, we left for the hospital.

6:45am is when we arrived, got checked in and went up to our room. At this point, I was just excited to get things going. Little did I know, it was going to take FOREVER to get everything moving. We sat in the room for what seemed like forever, just waiting. The hospital I delivered in provides a dedicated 1 on 1 nurse for every Labor and Delivery patient and apparently the one assigned to us was sick.  So we waited and waited and waited for a new one. Finally, Maria came along.

Once our nurse had arrived, we could finally get things rolling! At 10:30am, when we started things, I was dilated to just under 2cm. They started me on Pitocin {I was already contracting on my own, just not strong enough} and I walked around the L&D floor with the Mr. and my Mom. Then, I bounced on the labor ball, then I walked some more. Contractions definitely started getting more intense, but were definitely tolerable. My doctor came in to check me at 12:30pm and I was only dilated to 4cm, but she decided to break my water anyways.

Warning, if you get squeamish at all, read past this paragraph. As soon as my Dr. broke my water, it was like the floodgates had opened and the dam had broken. I'm talking "Noah get your Ark ready" type of flood. It just kept on coming {thank you Polyhydramnios}. The nurses had to keep coming in to change the pads that were soaking it up. They thought it was the most hilarious thing and even went as far as to weigh how much fluid came out {6+lbs to be exact}.

After that, my contractions started to get more intense, although I was able to breathe through them. Let me remind you that I wanted to go all natural this time around and up until this time, I thought I could it! I started to get in my head, though. I just had too much fear about pushing with no epidural, so I caved. I ordered the epidural around 2:30pm and was still just 4cm at that point. I thought it would be hours upon hours until I was fully dilated. I just didn't think I had the strength. Hindsight, I most definitely could have made it.

The anesthesiologist came at a record breaking speed. It was like they had read my mind and they were already on their way before I even requested it. Unfortunately, the anesthesiologist had an "accidental dural puncture" {otherwise known as wet tap} on me and I felt a flash of instantaneous tingling shoot straight up my spine. According to the Canadian Journal of Anesthesia, "post-dural puncture headaches occur in one to three out of every 100 women who undergo an epidural." Lucky me. More on this later.

As soon as I got the epidural, baby's heart rate kept dropping. Maria {our nurse} flipped me over to my right side and her heart rate would get better. Then it would drop again, so she flipped me to my left side. Then it would drop again, so she flipped me back to my right side and gave me oxygen. They checked me at about 3:15pm and I was still only a little over 4cm dilated. They also thought baby's umbilical cord may have prolapsed so they called in another nurse. She determined that was not the case, thank goodness.

Fast forward 45 minutes and Maria started to get a little worried, so she called my doctor up. She arrived 10 minutes later, checked me, and determined the reason why baby's heart rate kept dropping. I was fully dilated and her head was making its way out! They had to set up the room for delivery in almost an emergency because I wasn't pushing and she was still coming out! They called in reinforcements and 10 minutes later Teagan Jane was here! I think I pushed a total of 2 times and 5 minutes. No tearing and she was healthy as can be!

Unfortunately, as soon as Teagan made her way earthside, my spinal headache started. I wasn't really able to fully enjoy those first moments because my head and neck hurt so bad. It was the worst, most constant headache that I have ever had. I had to lay completely flat in bed, or else I got so dizzy that I almost passed out several times.

The next day, a different anesthesiologist came and completed a blood patch on me {where they take 20 cc's of my blood and put it back into the dural space of my spine}. I felt like a million bucks after that and we went home the next day. Unfortunately, the blood patch only lasted for 24 hours so I had to go BACK to the hospital and get another one the next day. 3 epidurals in a span of 4 days and my back was ruined. The second blood patch only lasted for 24 hours as well. At that point there was no way I was getting another one, so I just had to wait it out. Thankfully my headache only lasted for a week and it was finally gone, but so was the first week of Teagan's life. I was completely laid up the whole time. It was a big bummer, but I'm so glad it's all behind us.

Teagan is here, she is healthy, and she is beautiful. We couldn't love her more.

Until next time!

Mommy Monday {37 Weeks}

This belly, you guys, is out of control! I'm so uncomfortable and can barely walk anymore! She is constantly pushing on my bladder and kicking my ribs. I don't get sleep at night because I just cannot get in a comfortable sleeping position. I have Braxton Hicks contractions non-stop because of all of the fluid and I'm truly surprised that I haven't gone into labor yet. Here's hoping she comes when she is ready so I don't have to get induced!

How far along?  37 weeks, 4 days
Total weight gain/measurements: I'm up a total of 35ish lbs so far.
Maternity clothes: Dresses, Maternity Jeans, and Yoga pants are my jam right now. Summer is here and I am living in my jammies {just like I predicted last week}.
Stretch marks: I spied a little red mark near where my belly button piercing used to be and I'm still not sure if it's a stretch mark or not, but you better believe I'm taking extra precautions now!  I'm still waiting for my It Works Stretch Mark Cream to arrive, but until then I'm still lathering my belly in Burt's Bee's Mama Bee and The Honest Co. Belly Balm. I'm currently using both of these to make sure my belly is nice and moisturized.
Sleep: Sleep? I haven't had any consistent good sleep in quite some time. My ribs hurt so badly from all the extra weight of my belly. I've been using my Boppy Wedge Pillow, but I'm pretty sure that makes it worse sometimes.
Exercise: My prenatal yoga session ended last week. We have a week off and then another session starts. Since I'm so close, I can just do a pop in class every week until baby comes. I think I can probably go to one more class. I honestly feel sooo much better after going.
Best moment this week: Getting to spend so much time with my little Lennon.
Miss anything? Exercising, uninterrupted sleep, ribs that don't hurt, and a back that doesn't ache.
Movement:  She is still most active around 9-11pm, hence another reason I don't sleep well.
Food cravings: Back to Watermelon!
Anything making you queasy or sick? Bell Peppers and Celery! Still!
Gender: Girl #2!
Labor signs: I'm still having Braxton Hicks, more consistently now. They don't hurt though, so I'm sure I still have a bit of time, at least I'm hoping so.
Belly button in or out? In, but sneaking it's way out. It's out sometimes depending on where baby is located in my belly.
Wedding rings on or off? On
Happy or moody most of the time: Some days are better than others. I've been super irritable lately.
Looking forward to:  Continuing to spend one on one time with Lennon. She's just the best.

Until next time!

Mommy Monday {36 Weeks, just a little late}

I don't have anything insightful to say this week. I'm pretty tired from the school year and I'm just trying to recuperate now. Lennon just started swimming lessons and I still have my weekly doctor's appointments/ultrasounds. That will be the extent of what we do this week. Haha.

I do have some exciting things coming up on the blog, so stay tuned! You won't want to miss it!

Our daily reality. This little peanut has quite the personality!

Ziggy even decided to join us this week!

How far along?  36 weeks, 4 days
Total weight gain/measurements: I'm up a total of 30ish lbs so far.
Maternity clothes: Dresses, Maternity Jeans, and Yoga pants are my jam right now. Now that I'm on summer break, I have a feeling that I'm going to be living in my jammies {when I don't have to go to the doctor or take Lennon to swim lessons}.
Stretch marks: I spied a little red mark near where my belly button piercing used to be. I'm pretty sure my belly is bigger this time around because of the extra amniotic fluid. I just ordered It Works Stretch Mark Cream to try and eliminate any new coming stretch marks, but until then I'm still lathering my belly in Burt's Bee's Mama Bee and The Honest Co. Belly Balm. I'm currently using both of these to make sure my belly is nice and moisturized.
Sleep: Sleep? What is sleep? The last couple nights have been a bit better than the last couple weeks, but then last night around 4:45am our fire alarm went off. We could not figure out what was causing it to sound off but it was incredibly annoying. There was no fire. We're thinking that it may be because of humidity, but that is just ridiculous. Thank goodness it didn't wake up Lennon {although I have no idea how any human being could sleep through that terrible chirping}.
Exercise: I'm still going to my prenatal yoga classes and man is it worth it. I feel SOOOOO much better after my Yoga sessions. I wish I could go everyday. Next week is my last one and I'm getting increasingly more sad about it.
Best moment this week: School being out for the Summer {and for me, almost 6 months!}.
Miss anything? Exercising, uninterrupted sleep, and a back that doesn't ache. Oh yeah and what life was like before Braxton Hicks contractions invaded my life. I've been having them since the second trimester and I'm just sooooo done. They are the biggest annoyance in my life right now.
Movement:  She is still most active around 9-11pm, hence another reason I don't sleep well.
Food cravings: Lemon ice all the way right now!
Anything making you queasy or sick? Bell Peppers and Celery! Still!
Gender: Girl #2!
Labor signs: I'm still having Braxton Hicks, but I haven't been checked in a couple weeks to see if I'm dilated. I'm hoping to at least keep this baby on the inside until the end of June!
Belly button in or out? In, but sneaking it's way out. It's out sometimes depending on where baby is located in my belly.
Wedding rings on or off? On
Happy or moody most of the time: I've been in pretty good spirits, aside from a mental break down a couple days ago and my silly Braxton Hicks.
Looking forward to:  Relaxing with nothing to do but go to the Doctor and Swim Lessons. I'm looking forward to spending some one on one time with Lennon for this next month before baby's arrival.

Until next time!

Mommy Monday {35 Weeks}

At my last weekly OB appointment I was diagnosed with Polyhydramnios, which is an increased level of amniotic fluids. It's not an ideal situation, but my fluid levels are only "mildly" elevated at AFI 26.5. They are checking my levels by Ultrasound every week and monitoring me closely. My doctor doesn't seem all to concerned, so I'm trying to not get stressed out about it. As long as I feel baby moving around, which she is consistently, I'm good. The only good thing about this, is that I now am getting weekly Ultrasounds! So glad to be able to see baby on a weekly basis.

Lennon stood right in front of me, posed just like Mommy and said "cheese"!

How far along?  35 weeks, 4 days
Total weight gain/measurements: I'm up a total of 30 lbs so far and maintaining that weight for a couple weeks now!
Maternity clothes: Dresses, Maternity Jeans, and Yoga pants are my jam right now. I also only have about 4 shirts that fit me, so those are on repeat.
Stretch marks: None to report and hoping to keep it that way. I'm lathering my belly in Burt's Bee's Mama Bee. I have added The Honest Co. Belly Balm and just love the smell of it. I'm currently using both of these to make sure my belly is nice and moisturized.
Sleep: Sleep? What is sleep? My back aches so bad most nights that I really don't get any sleep at all.
Exercise: I'm still going to my prenatal yoga classes and man is it worth it. I feel SOOOOO much better after my Yoga sessions. I wish I could go everyday.
Best moment this week: Due to my Polyhydramnios, I get a weekly ultrasound and get to see baby! It's reassuring that she is happy and healthy in there.
Miss anything? Exercising, uninterrupted sleep, and a back that doesn't ache.
Movement:  She is still most active around 9-11pm, hence another reason I don't sleep well.
Food cravings: Still CRAVING watermelon and I'm back on my Lemon ice kick.
Anything making you queasy or sick? Bell Peppers and Celery!
Gender: Girl #2!
Labor signs: I'm still having Braxton Hicks, but I'm not dilated at all.
Belly button in or out? In, but sneaking it's way out. It's out sometimes depending on where baby is located in my belly.
Wedding rings on or off? On
Happy or moody most of the time: I've been pretty moody lately.
Looking forward to:  The end of school so I can relax a little!

Until next time!

Mommy Monday {34 Weeks}

Well this last week did not go quite as planned. I went to my normally scheduled 34 week check up with some concerns about Braxton Hicks contractions. My doctor suggested we hook me up to the monitors to check. It turns out I wasn't having any contractions, but Baby's heartbeat was not as variable as they would like to see. They brought me back for a Bio Physical Profile {BPP} ultrasound, which is kind of like APGARS for the inside, and Baby did not pass that either. She was supposed to get at least 8 out of 10, but got 6 out of 10. They look at movement, heart rate and whether or not baby takes "practice breaths". Well she was moving and her heart rate was fine, but those darn practice breaths. SOOOO they sent me to labor and delivery to be monitored for 6 more hours and then have a repeat BPP Ultrasound. Of course, she cooperated just fine as soon as the monitors were connected, her heart rate was super variable and all the nurses said she looked great, and she practically showed off during the ultrasound. So many "practice breaths"! They also found that I have excessive amniotic fluid, so hopefully that is not causing any problems.

Whew! I'm so glad that ordeal ended well, but now I have weekly checkups, Non-stress tests, and BPP ultrasounds. I'm incredibly thankful that my doctor is being proactive and overly cautious, but I have so much stress related to all this. Baby girl continues to be active, so I'm trying not to worry too much.

How far along?  34 weeks, 4 days
Total weight gain/measurements: I'm up a total of 30 lbs so far.
Maternity clothes: It was in the 90's all weekend here so I was living in dresses, shorts, and tank tops.
Stretch marks: None to report and hoping to keep it that way. I'm lathering my belly in Burt's Bee's Mama Bee. I have added The Honest Co. Belly Balm and just love the smell of it. I'm currently using both of these to make sure my belly is nice and moisturized.
Sleep: I have not been sleeping well at all. Tossing, turning, and bathroom trips are keeping me awake most of the night.
Exercise: I'm still going to my prenatal yoga classes, but have not done Beachbody On Demand. I'm just not feeling up to being so active. I'm exhausted and definitely slowing down these last couple weeks.
Best moment this week: 4 day Memorial Day weekend. It was so nice to relax. I got a prenatal massage on Friday and it was GLORIOUS.
Miss anything? Exercising  and uninterrupted sleep! My back is doing better this week due to a trip to the Chiropractor and my massage.
Movement:  She has been most active around 9-11pm. She is active most of the time, though. She gets the hiccups all the time and it's just the cutest!
Food cravings: Still CRAVING watermelon. It is so tasty!
Anything making you queasy or sick? Bell Peppers and Celery!
Gender: Girl #2!
Labor signs: I'm still having Braxton Hicks, but I'm not dilated at all. At least I know they are not productive, just a nuisance.
Belly button in or out? In, but sneaking it's way out. It's out sometimes depending on where baby is located in my belly.
Wedding rings on or off? On
Happy or moody most of the time: This last week I was a little stressed, but for the most part was in a good mood!
Looking forward to:  Seeing baby on my weekly ultrasound again!

Until next time!

Mommy Monday {33 weeks}

You guys, this belly is no joke. I've been so uncomfortable lately and just can't imagine having to last 7 {SEVEN} more weeks. On a completely unrelated, yet somewhat related, note, I've been toying around with hiring a doula and cannot for the life of me decide if I want to {or if it's worth it to} spend the money. Has anyone hired one? Thoughts? Are they worth it? Help!

How far along?  33 weeks, 4 days
Total weight gain/measurements: I'm just gonna stick with 28 lbs because I haven't weighed myself recently.
Maternity clothes: I'm seriously living in dresses. I'm so glad it's warm out again.
Stretch marks: None to report and hoping to keep it that way. I'm lathering my belly in Burt's Bee's Mama Bee. I have added The Honest Co. Belly Balm and just love the smell of it. I'm currently using both of these to make sure my belly is nice and moisturized.
Sleep: I have been dealing with some major pregnancy insomnia lately. It's really taking a toll on my mental state. I'm up from about 1-3 or 4 every night. Nothing I do helps and I just can't seem to stay sleeping.
Exercise: I'm not gonna lie, I haven't done Beachbody On Demand since we moved and I likely won't again until baby comes. I might try it this weekend and see if it helps me feel any better physically. I have been going to my Prenatal Yoga every week, though.
Best moment this week: Lennon's 2nd birthday party. I still can't believe she's going to be 2 in a little over a week!
Miss anything? Exercising  and uninterrupted sleep! My back has also been killing me lately. If I'm able to just lay down and relax, it doesn't hurt as much. Let's be honest, though, that never happens.
Movement:  She has been most active around 9-11pm. Although, today she decided to kick me real good in the ribs. That was the first time she's inflicted any pain. She has, however, managed to make my entire belly numb from all the kicking.
Food cravings: This week, I'm all about watermelon!
Anything making you queasy or sick? Bell Peppers and Celery!
Gender: Girl #2!
Labor signs: Braxton Hicks were no joke this week. I actually started timing them because they were a little concerning. I may actually ask my doctor to monitor me for a little bit tomorrow during my appointment. Hopefully nothing too concerning is going on and they are just Braxton Hicks.
Belly button in or out? In, but sneaking it's way out. It's out sometimes depending on where baby is located in my belly.
Wedding rings on or off? On
Happy or moody most of the time: My mood has been off and on lately, some days I'm more happy or sad than others.
Looking forward to:  4 day weekend for Memorial Day!

Until next time!

Mommy Monday {31 Weeks and 32 Weeks}

I know that I didn't post last week and I wish that I had a really good excuse, but I'm not gonna lie.. I was just too tired. I had a new prenatal yoga class on Monday night and I was just fried. Last week was rough in more ways than one. The kids at school are acting like crazy loons, we had a bajillion after school meetings last week, and this baby is sucking the life out of me. That all combines to be the perfect storm of exhaustion. I just want this school year to be done so I can focus on being the best mom that I can be to Lennon and making sure I am ready for Baby 2's arrival!

How far along?  31 weeks AND 32 weeks, 4 days
Total weight gain/measurements: Well, I'm up about 28 lbs now. I'm really trying to keep my weight gain under control, but stress eating is a real thing! Hopefully the next couple weeks at school are a little less stressful.
Maternity clothes: Dresses, dresses, and more dresses!
Stretch marks: None to report and hoping to keep it that way. I'm lathering my belly in Burt's Bee's Mama Bee. I have added The Honest Co. Belly Balm and just love the smell of it. I'm currently using both of these to make sure my belly is nice and moisturized.
Sleep: I've been getting decent sleep, but still wake up a couple times a night to use the bathroom. I also have been having hip pain, which sometimes gets in the way.
Exercise: I'm not gonna lie, I haven't done Beachbody On Demand since we moved. I've just been too busy trying to get our house unpacked and settled. I swear I'm going to start doing my exercises this weekend again. I just feel so much better after I have done them! I have been going to my Prenatal Yoga every week, though and have now added another Prenatal Yoga class on Monday's.
Best moment this week: Getting to relax for Mother's Day.
Miss anything? Exercising! I've got to get back in the swing of things {still}. And I also miss not having to limp because of hip/sciatic pain.
Movement:  She's moving all the time. She is definitely more active than Lennon was.
Food cravings: Root beer floats {hello weight gain!}.
Anything making you queasy or sick? Bell Peppers and Celery!
Gender: Girl #2!
Labor signs: I've been having more and more Braxton Hicks Contractions. They don't last long and don't hurt, but man are they a nuisance.
Belly button in or out? In, but sneaking it's way out. It's out sometimes depending on where baby is located in my belly.
Wedding rings on or off? On
Happy or moody most of the time: My mood has been off and on lately, some days I'm more happy or sad than others.
Looking forward to:  Lennon's Birthday party!

Until next time!

Mommy Monday {30 weeks}

We are still in the depths of moving into our new house, but we are FINALLY completely moved out of our rental {which happened to be my Grandpa's house, conveniently}. I finally started to put some of our pictures/wall art up this weekend and we put all of our furniture on our screened in porch. I'm starting to feel like this is our home and it feels good!

Because of all of this unpacking/art hanging/moving, I've been definitely pushing myself way too hard. I'm having more and more Braxton Hicks Contractions and I really need to start listening to my body. Hopefully I can rest this week and some of this weekend and not feel so much pressure to unpack. Here's hoping!

How far along?  30 weeks, 4 days
Total weight gain/measurements: Well, I'm up 24 lbs now. I'm trying to just eat what I want, within reason, because this is likely my last pregnancy and I just want to live. I do eat healthy, but can indulge in the daily ice cream treat with the best of them.
Maternity clothes: We have hit the 70's here so I am so excited to be wearing my dresses again! They are so comfy!
Stretch marks: None to report and hoping to keep it that way. I'm lathering my belly in Burt's Bee's Mama Bee. I have added The Honest Co. Belly Balm and just love the smell of it. I'm currently using both of these to make sure my belly is nice and moisturized.
Sleep: Tossing and turning is my life. And let me tell you that tossing and turning is just not as easy with a big ole belly.
Exercise: Beachbody On Demand is still my go to workout. I swear I'm going to start doing my exercises this weekend again. I just feel so much better after I have done them! I have been going to my Prenatal Yoga every week, though!
Best moment this week: Finally starting to hang pictures/wall art in the house!
Miss anything? Exercising! I've got to get back in the swing of things.
Movement:  She's moving and shaking all the time!
Food cravings: Watermelon and Smoothies!
Anything making you queasy or sick? Bell Peppers and Celery!
Gender: Girl #2!
Labor signs: No and let's keep it that way!
Belly button in or out? In, but sneaking it's way out. It's out sometimes depending on where baby is located in my belly.
Wedding rings on or off? On
Happy or moody most of the time: I've been in better spirits now that we have officially finished our move!
Looking forward to:  Lennon's Birthday party {even though it's starting to stress me out a bit}!

Lennon wanted to get in on the picture fun today too!

Until next time!

Mommy Monday {29 Weeks}

I am back! After a long 2 weeks of no internet, we are finally back in the 21st century! We are all moved in {not settled, by any means} our new house and are all getting over colds/sinus infections. It's been a long 3 weeks. Throw in a 2 day long BLIZZARD that brought us at least a foot of snow in APRIL and it's just been crazy around here.

We also finished up state testing at school so I am feeling a lot less stressed. Only 6.5 weeks left of school and I am free until November {I get to take my maternity leave at the beginning of the school year, just like I did with Lennon}. Now, to just make it through these next 6.5 weeks without losing my mind.

I'm happy to report that I do not have Gestational Diabetes! I passed the one hour test and am so relieved. I was really worried about it because I've been alll the sweet things.

I'll just get to it. No need for me to ramble on and on.

How far along?  29 weeks, 4 days
Total weight gain/measurements: Ugh! I am now up more than I was with Lennon. At my last appointment at 28 weeks, I was up 20 lbs. Which is not terrible, but I think I'm definitely eating more than I should be. I'm starting to feel full much faster these days, so hopefully that will slow me down a bit.
Maternity clothes: I'm full comfort over here. It was 60 degrees today, which made me super excited about my spring clothes and dresses!
Stretch marks: None to report and hoping to keep it that way. I'm lathering my belly in Burt's Bee's Mama Bee. I have added The Honest Co. Belly Balm and just love the smell of it. I'm currently using both of these to make sure my belly is nice and moisturized.
Sleep: I'm still waking up around 2:30-3:00 am every night. It's like clockwork. We have gotten our new KING bed and it is glorious. I have definitely been sleeping better since we've gotten that.
Exercise: Beachbody On Demand is still my go to workout. However, I haven't been doing much of anything {except moving and unpacking, relax, I'm not lifting anything} the last couple of weeks. My plan is to get back in the swing of my exercises this weekend. I have still been going to my Prenatal Yoga on Wednesdays.
Best moment this week: Being done with state testing! That was a month long stressor in my life that I'm glad to be done with, until next year at least.
Miss anything? Exercising! I've got to get back in the swing of things.
Movement:  She's moving and shaking all the time!
Food cravings: Watermelon and strawberry unfrosted poptarts.
Anything making you queasy or sick? Nothing is really bothering me these days!
Gender: Girl #2!
Labor signs: No and let's keep it that way!
Belly button in or out? In, but sneaking it's way out.
Wedding rings on or off? On
Happy or moody most of the time: I'm still pretty emotional. Especially with Lennon's tantrums.
Looking forward to:  Lennon's Birthday party!

Until next time!
